Summer Plans...

I had the loveliest Easter. Cleaned up my closet (which can get pretty scary), went to lunch with my boyfriend, then spent the rest of the afternoon playing tennis and lounging at the park. Oh, and I also got a free Waffle at the oh-so-classy Waffle House because my friend Hannah had a coupon. How was your Easter?

Hat - Charlotte Russe; Top, shoes - Old Navy; Skirt - Urban Outfitters; Ring - local store

I wanted to show you guys a close-up of this lovely ring my Mom bought me recently. I don't know if you can really tell from the photo, but it's a little bow. I absolutely love it. It was bought at a local jewelry boutique Elementality - a lovely little shop full of all sorts of handmade goodies.

Speaking of things I love, I'm so glad I bought this hat (you may remember it from this post). Last summer I remember seeing them on so many girls but I never thought they looked good on me. When I found this one for $10 I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. I can already tell I'll be wearing this a lot this summer.

Ok, on to the title of this post. It's officially one of my summer goals to meet at least one (and hopefully a few more!) bloggers over the summer. I don't have a lot of money, but I don't know how much longer I'll be this free as far as travel goes - unless I score a full time job over the summer, my schedule will be incredibly flexible and I don't know if life will stay that way much longer. After I transfer and start studying my major I have a feeling school-related things will get much more serious and I'll probably just have a lot more going on in general. That being said - if any of you are ever in the Asheville area, let's hang out! You totally have a couch to crash on.

But before summer even gets here I may be heading towards the DC area for a little weekend trip. I'll have a lot of free time on this trip, and I'd love to have someone to go exploring with! Let me know if you live in or near DC!

Oh, and here's Hannah and I being silly at the park.

Pretty! I love how simple yet pretty this outfit is :) Lucky you, that ring is gorgeous :) For a minute I thought your mum bought you the tiffany bow ring :)

The hat really completes the look, it's perfect for summer! I've also been thinking about my summer plans, too, which unfortunately a little bit up in the air. The idea of a blogger meet-up is exciting! Only I'm all the way in the Midwest. :/

The bow ring is adorable! Such a lovely present!!

I agree, the hat is must for the summer - the kind of thing you can wear with almost anything and get away with it!

Sounds like you had a lovely Easter!

My mom is considering moving to Asheville. I hope she does, as it's one of my favorite towns in the south.

I love your short hair! Why is it driving you crazy? Do you need to style it? This haircut needs to be styled or else it'll look... well... crap... sad face. I love your outfit, so feminine :)

I have a question for you. When did you get a custom domain? Did your comments disappear and how long did it take for your comments to return? It's nearly been a week since I got a custom domain, but the comments haven't returned. Sad face. Thanks for your help :)

LOVE the fedora with the polka dots - great nod to a previous decade, for sure!

I'm so bummed! Last year, my husband and I took our vacation to Asheville! We loved it there! I don't think we'll get away quite as long this, but if you're ever in central PA, look me up!
