I will never stop complaining about my camera.
Today's photo-taking attempt was a mega-fail because my camera kept dying. These are disastrous results...

you asked me a few posts ago about which sewing patterns would be good to pursue on your own.. I REALLY love Simplicity patterns. that's the one I'm working on right now, and my next project will be a Simplicity pattern, too. they tell you how to do everything and in good detail. they might use some terms that don't make sense to me sometimes :) but I just google it or ask a friend and I'm set. you should really try them out! there are great vintage ones listed on etsy.
