(scarf and belt - Gap, tank top and cardigan - Old Navy, jeans - Charlotte Russe, boots - Payless)As my title suggests, it was really cold today. I need to work on my photo-taking skills (as in, not cutting my head off) but today it was just too cold to spend forever outside trying to get good photos. These might be the last outdoors-y photos I can shoot for a while because I'm leaving home to head back to college tomorrow. This means less private outdoors-y type places to shoot photos. It's also tricky because I don't have a tripod. So unless my boyfriend is willing to venture out in the cold and play photographer...my photos are going to get slightly boring.
Speaking of photo-troubles, I don't have the best camera in the world and I'm in the market for a new one. My budget is small (probably less than $200) any suggestions on a good camera? Blogging is what I'll use it for most, so it doesn't have to be amazing...just better than my current one.

This is what I use. It's within your budget and is easy to use, too. My photography skills aren't the best but admittedly I've yet to figure the thing out properly, either.
These booties are killer. I found your blog via chictopia and I'm looking forward to seeing more fashion shots!
As for the camera, I have always used Nikons because I've always felt like they hold up the longest and are the easiest to use. I use the Nikon S230 and I love it.
