Print mixing

This post has to be quick, 'cause I gotta get ready for work. Working at a hotel means holidays are kind of the opposite for me - if everyone else is relaxing, it probably means things are super busy for me!

I want to say a quick thanks to Rachel of MouseVox Vintage for featuring me as her Blog to Note! Head over to her blog to check out the interview she did with me (and to see her great vintage shop!).

that interview was great, finally some unique questions. it was so great to learn all about you and your interests. I get what you're saying about people stereotyping the South. I dunno what it is about that region, but people do look down upon it more than they should. I think if you're not on a coast than people come up with all these stupid and crazy stereotypes about how you're hick, when that's untrue! People seem to believe the Midwest is full of stupid unsophisticates, not entirely true haha. I'd love to visit Asheville! I was sitting at the campus starbucks one day back in DC and saw a girl reading a book I heard was good, so we started chatting about her book and she was so much friendlier than anyone I would've ever met in DC. She was from Asheville :)

Luckily, I work at a daycare...so I get holidays and weekends off! I'm very lucky. I worked at a pizza place when I was 16 and it was horrible on holidays!

I love your outfit, it's simple yet laid-back and awesome. And I enjoyed reading your feature on Mousevox!

You always make me want a pocket skirt like crazy because you style them so well. I am reluctant to pay $40 at AA, though!

Are you still working at Urban?
